Apostille Services

Fast, certified apostilles for documents destined for Hague Convention countries.

An apostille is a certificate that authenticates the origin of a public document so it can be legally recognized in another country that is a member of the 1961 Hague Apostille Convention. We manage the entire process from start to finish — verifying your documents, securing notarization where required, and obtaining the apostille from the appropriate Secretary of State or the U.S. Department of State.

What is the Hague Apostille Convention?

The Hague Convention of 1961 abolished the requirement of legalization for foreign public documents among its member countries. Instead of a lengthy chain of certifications, a single apostille certificate is attached to your document. Once issued, the apostille is accepted by all other member countries without any further authentication, dramatically simplifying international document use.

Documents we apostille

We process apostilles for personal documents (birth, marriage, and death certificates, diplomas, transcripts, background checks, single-status affidavits, powers of attorney), business documents (articles of incorporation, certificates of good standing, commercial invoices), and federally-issued documents (FBI background checks, FDA and USDA certificates, naturalization records) requiring U.S. Department of State authentication.

How our service works

Tell us the destination country and the documents involved, and we'll confirm exactly what is required. We handle notarization, county or state pre-certification, and the apostille itself, then return your completed documents securely. If translation is required for the destination country, we coordinate that too.
