We provide document authentication, apostille, translation, and legalization services. We act as an intermediary to facilitate the authentication of documents with government agencies and foreign embassies. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

3. Turnaround Times & Delays

While we strive to process all documents as quickly as possible, processing times depend heavily on government agencies and embassies. We are not liable for any delays, loss of documents, or damages resulting from delays caused by third parties, weather, shipping companies, or government shutdowns.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due prior to the commencement of services. Once a document has been submitted to a government agency or embassy, fees are non-refundable. If an agency rejects a document due to errors on our part, we will re-process it at no additional cost or issue a refund at our discretion.
